OUR OLD STONE FARMHOUSE IN THE HILLS OF CENTRAL UMBRIA
At 550m (1,800ft) above sea level Casa sul Monte is nestled in the wooded hills of central Umbria with spectacular views over the Tiber valley to the Apennines beyond. Surrounded by indigenous oak and conifer forests we've spent the last few years sensitively restoring this 300+ year old Casale to build our new full-time home in Italy while creating two spacious apartments to share this stunning location with guests, friends and family.
The old ground floor stables, cellars and wood store of Casa sul Monte have been completely refurbished to create two beautiful garden facing apartments. These can be rented individually as separate self contained units or, subject to availability, rented together as one interconnected suite providing ample accommodation for two families and/or a larger group

To match guests increasingly varied travel plans and accommodation requirements we now offer the opportunity to rent our apartments for shorter periods of 3-5 days on a bed & breakfast basis as a more flexible alternative to our standard self catering rental of our apartments on a weekly basis -
