What's Included in the Apartments?

In furnishing, accessorising and equipping our apartments we've tried to think of all you might need to make your time with us at Casa sul Monte more comfortable and relaxing. 

This page show what's included in the rental price and provided on arrival. A range of everyday cooking ingredients and household consumables are also provided with our compliments and it is appreciated when guests replace those used during their stay prior to departure

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

  • Large beds with good quality mattresses

  • 100% cotton sheets and pillow cases

  • Natural and/or synthetic filled pillows

  • Seasonal duvets, blankets and/or covers

  • Shower and hand towels for each guest

  • Extra 'Pool' towels in the summer season

  • Hanging and drawer storage in each room

  • Face towels and shower mat in bathroom

  • Heated towel rail in the winter season

  • Shaver socket and electric hair dryer

  • Baby-cot and bedding when requested

 

An initial supply of liquid hand-soap, shower gel and toilet rolls are available for your use on arrival which you are then asked to replace as necessary during your stay 

Living Rooms and Lounges

  • Additional seating, cabinets and tables

  • Convertible single/double bed-settee

  • Free wireless broadband connection

  • TV Screen and DVD player if requested

  • Range of novels, travel and cookery books

  • Selection of board games, puzzles, etc.

  • Selection of garden and pool games

  • Selection of childrens toys and books

  • Information pack on local places to visit

  • Selection of extension cables and adaptors

 

A selection of books and games are available for guests to use but must be left in the apartment when leaving.

Kitchens and Dining Areas​​

  • Electric oven with grill and four ring hob

  • Automatic dishwasher

  • Upright fridge with freezer compartment

  • Electric toaster and kettle

  • Traditional Moka espresso coffee maker

  • Full range of utensils and cutlery  

  • All necessary crockery and glassware

  • Various pots, pans, oven trays, etc.

  • Iron and ironing board

  • Range of cleaning products and equipment

  • High chair for infants when requested

 

A 'starter pack' of groceries is provided for your arrival including milk, tea, coffee, sugar, water, condiments, etc. for you to use and then replace as necessary during your stay

Guest Laundry Area

Guests booking accommodation on a weekly basis have access to a laundry area with automatic washing machine for use during their stay. This is for personal laundry only, not linen or towels from the apartments. If any linen or towels are soiled and need to be washed these will be replaced with clean, washed and ironed by us in another machine.

Foldable driers are available for use by guests in the apartment and the garden. 

Detergent and softener is available for guest to use to be replace as used when necessary.
